With a career spanning over 20 years in property management, event planning, and executive support, Karen brings a unique depth of experience to every project. Having grown up in London and worked in a variety of accommodation-based roles, she launched her own Property Management and VA company over 15 years ago. Since then, she’s transformed everything from empty shells and second homes into high-performing, stylish holiday rentals – often complete with full renovations, hot tub installations, and striking interior design.

Karen’s hands-on approach and eye for detail quickly turned a practical career into a true passion for property and design.

When the COVID-19 lockdown hit, the property market shifted dramatically. Stamp duty holidays and heightened demand led to a wave of fast-paced property transactions – many completed before listings even went public. At the same time, absentee owners found themselves needing reliable, hands-on support to prepare homes for the holiday rental market.

Thanks to our background in property management, renovations, and interior design, we were well-positioned to respond. We saw the need for a complete, end-to-end solution – and we acted on it.
